- Free mini bar replenished every day, free breakfast and staff that greets you everytime you walk in and out. They also helped with calling and booking restaurants, spa treatments etc.
Internet was on/off. The room is very warm, the good thing is we can open the window to cool it off. There was no room service option, and because my husband was sick I had to run out to get food at night, rather than just calling room service

services in general very well. Enough breakfast and everything appetizing... no restrictions. ladies in the dining room very helpful, friendly and super active in customer service. reception staff and guy with the right bags and very professional. hotel in general very clean.
I didn't understand that I had chosen a stay in a double room for single use, I'm sure it must have been a mistake, the whole trip has been 3 days in Rome and 4 in Praiano with my wife. This fact has cost me an extra fee of 20 euros per night, incredible... besides, the room was right in its size, the air conditioning bad, noisy and not very effective for the temperature of Rome. The toilet is not 4 star, as sitting on the toilet, my feet touched the shower tray. This was quite small and was closed with a plastic curtain..unthinkable in a 4 star hotel.. By the way, to get to the tiny elevator you had to climb 6 or 7 steps. However, apart from these annoying details, the rest was at the expected level. I'm sorry.

Wonderful stay with an really good staff!
The staff, especially Fabrizio, were warm and helpful, providing excellent recommendations and ensuring every detail was attended to. The complimentary mini-bar, stocked daily, was a good surprise, and the breakfast spread with freshly-made pastries and excellent coffee was a highlight of each morning. While the area can get a bit noisy on weekends, the overall experience was fantastic, and I would definitely return!

The hotel is 5 minutes from the station, quiet, polite staff, all smiling, ready to help... We had a rather large room for Europe, additionally equipped for the disabled, there was an extra bed in the hallway. It's clean, it's good. The bed is big, comfortable, there are extra blankets in the closet. You could even choose (ask to change) a pillow to your taste and comfort, but I was very comfortable with the pillow. Bath accessories: 2 tubes of shampoo gel, 2 tubes of body lotion, cotton sticks and disks, shower cap. All quite decent quality. No slippers or bathrobe... Very decent breakfast, served freshly squeezed orange juice - it was just unusually nice. There was a free minibar with water, a kettle, tea and coffee in the room - it was very nice not to go shopping for water. For this special thanks to the hotel. The feeling that the hotel cares about the comfort of its guests is very pleasant... In general, quite a good hotel with good service, for those who travel not long - it is convenient to get to the station.
minuses about the hotel are probably some of the flaws, not the minuses... We had a little problem with the plumbing, everything was resolved, little badly regulated water in the shower, I do not know what is associated with it, no idea... I think it's a small shortcoming that there's no wardrobe or coat hanger at the entrance, so if you're wearing a wet jacket from the street, you have no options where to hang it - only in a closet where all your stuff hangs... view from the window is in the wall. But, what to do... It wasn't important, we just came to the hotel for the night... What really bothered us was the street we walked up to the hotel. There's a bum living there, it smells like urine, it's dirt and garbage, it's terrible! If I was without a husband, I'd be scared to go there. it's not long to walk 50 meters down this street, you can walk to the subway in another parallel, bit far away. In general, there are several hotels nearby, I would hire a janitor if I were them, dirt and smell on the way to the hotel - this is a really huge disadvantage, spoiled my impression. Just because of that, I'll really think about whether to go to this hotel next time. Although the hotel itself has left quite a pleasant impression.

The hotel was in a perfect location for sightseeing round Rome, extremely quiet for such a central location and extremely friendly and informative staff. First class.
There could have been a better selection for breakfast.

The location was perfect, just 2 minutes from the main railway station in a quiet street. You could walk to all the sites from the hotel. The staff were friendly and the hotel was very clean, the provision of free soft drinks in the mini bar was very welcome. We would definitely use the hotel again.
Could not get the air conditioning to work, don't think it had been swiched on

Very friendly and helpful staff. Ideal location: close to main train station Termini with easy access to all kinds of public transports: train, metro, bus, sight-seeing bus. On the day of check-out, we could leave our lugagge at the hotel and have a shower (in the fitness room) before taking our flight.

Helpfulness from the whole staff. Big size room with exceptionally comfortable bed and safe for safety measures. Very very good breakfast option with yogurt and cappuccino made to order, for example.

The hotel is outstanding. The staff, including Tommaso and Giordano, was extremely professional, courteous, and very accommodating. They are great assets to Hotel Diocleziano. This is my second time at this hotel and will definitely stay there again. Rooms - for Rome - are spacious and extremely comfortable. The stocked mini refrigerator is a very nice touch. Breakfast is very good.
Outstanding hotel.
